Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Uruvaku ("the Service"), provided by Uruvaku Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Uruvaku. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for members they invite.

Plans & billing

• Free plan: 100 credits/month, 50 MB storage. No credit card required.
• Pro and Business plans: billed monthly or annually in advance.
• Credit top-ups: charged immediately; credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from account.uruvaku.com/billing.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax).

Your content & IP

You retain all rights to the content you upload, create, or generate in Uruvaku. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate the Service. Output generated by our AI tools is yours, subject to the license terms of the underlying model provider.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any input you upload (stock footage, fonts, third-party imagery, etc.).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Uruvaku to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful to minors.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or impersonate real people deceptively.
• Circumvent credit or rate limits, scrape the service, or disrupt infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or its underlying models.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

Service changes & uptime

We continuously improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features. We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans; Business customers receive a written SLA. Free-plan storage is auto-cleaned after 30 days of inactivity.

Termination

You may terminate anytime by deleting your account. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, unpaid invoices, or legal obligations. On termination, we delete your data per the Privacy Policy's retention schedule.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as-is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA (for US customers) or the laws of the Netherlands (for EEA/UK customers), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
